Return & Exchange Options:
- Standard Exchange (SE): Exchange your item for a different size, color, or style. This is a great option if you like the item but it doesn’t fit quite right. Here’s what to expect:
- Contact our customer service team through Phone, Email, or Facebook/Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our partnered courier will pick up the original item at your convenience.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached), we’ll send you your new selection.
- Turnaround time: Allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery of your exchange.
- Return with Exchange (RWE): This is the fastest way to get a new item! If you know you need a different size or style upon delivery, simply request an immediate exchange with the delivery person.
- Inspect your order upon arrival.
- If you need a different size or style, inform and return the product to the delivery person immediately.
- We’ll send you the new requested item within 5-7 business days.
- Standard Return (SR) & Refund: If you simply don’t want the item, you can return it for a full refund in store credit (minus any original delivery charges). Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For a Cash On Delivery order, please return the item immediately after you receive it to the same person.
- For a prepaid order, please contact our customer care. We will issue you a refund in virtual store credit. You can redeem your coupon at any time with any of our products.
- Please note: You will be charged for the return shipping cost for Standard Returns.
